Why i built Book A Market?

Hi, I’m Jackson Lee, the founder of Book A Market. I created this platform to simplify the booking process and streamline every aspect of operating a market business. My goal is to assist markets across Australia grow whilst empowering stallholders manage their small businesses effectively with strategies to boost profits.

When I commenced working in market's two years ago, I witnessed void in the market sector with limited business support for both market operators and stallholders. I facilitated three weekly markets, expanding them from small operations to over 250 weekly businesses and built a contact list of more than 600 stallholders. I also curated a quarterly night market, scaling it to over 100 stallholders. With nearly a decade of sales and marketing experience, I’ve developed proven strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction, delivering strong consistent results for businesses.

I comprehend the challenges market operators encounter—coordinating roles such as; event planner, social media manager, accountant, salesperson and director, often with no time to recharge.
