Once a stallholder has booked into your market on our website, it will update on your market checklist on your dashboard with the market date they are trading.
When you login to your operator dashboard you will have a cashout section where you will add in your company's banking details when you first join , after the market has traded you will be able to cash out your site fees you will need to fill out a quick 5 question post market review so we can keep track of your progress and how each market is going. You will then be paid and you should receive it the next business day (keep in mind the first transaction you withdraw may take 1-2 business days as it is a first time payment into a new account)
Yes, we cater from small to large markets and events. If your market is at full capacity and you need help managing Stall holder bookings and requests including all the back end admin. Look no further. We will assist you with managing your market.
We have a 30 minute 1 on 1 meeting at the start of each month with our operators to discuss the progress of your market, discuss stall holder break down and what you need more of. In your operator dashboard you have the control to limit stalls i.e 4 candle stalls - 4 body scrub etc to make sure there isn't overcrowding.
A stall holder cannot book into your market until they have made payment. The Stall holder will only add to your Stall holder attendance checklist if they have paid.
When you begin working with Book A Market you will need to upload your bump in - bump out details and site map of your market onto your operator dashboard (if you don't have a site map we can do this for you for additional fee), once uploaded it becomes editable. You will need to allocate stall holder positions no later than 5pm the night before the market is trading. You can do this by going into your stall holder attendance checklist and clicking into each profile and select place stall holder. Once allocated our system will automatically send a text message to the stall holder with your bump in - bump out details, site map and there site number and your emergency contact number.
We monitor our stall holder compliance heavily to ensure all public liability insurance, Food safety supervisor certificate, council approval, tag and test report are all up to date. We guarantee all stall holders receive all relevant documents, rules and regulations, traffic management plan and market guide before they commencement trading.
We make social media easy. Once a Stallholder has booked in the market no later then 24hrs prior to the event they must post on there facebook and instagram (minimum 1 platform) tagging your market. In your Stallholder attendance checklist you will be able to click into each stallholders profile and select (My Socials) where they will have attached there content they want shared by you with a short description you can then select share and it will redirect you to your facebook or instagram where you can post it fast and efficiently.
Don’t worry if the market is cancelled due to weather and your local council won’t allow you to trade or the weather is to extreme, all you need to do is go into your operator dashboard and select cancel my market and select weather cancellation and it will automatically message out to all stallholders that are booked in that the event has been cancelled, the site fee is then held as credit for each Stallholder as they don't get charged for a cancelled event per our terms and conditions.
